Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed on any purchase at Waterside including tickets, food, drink and the gift shop.
How to redeem your Waterside Gift Voucher for tickets:
- Select your tickets in the usual way
- At the checkout you can redeem your Gift Voucher code in the credit section
- The Gift Voucher credit will be deducted from your balance
How to redeem your Waterside Gift Voucher at ‘Sup Bar & Gift Shop:
- Visit the Box Office to exchange your account credit for a voucher ticket (equal to your chosen cash amount).
- This ticket can be spent at the Sup Bar and Gift Shop just like cash.
- Please collect your ticket on the day you plan to use it – lost tickets cannot be replaced.
- No change can be given, and the ticket will be retained when used.
This process also applies to customers who have Waterside account credit from refunds or complaints.
