    • Many of our videos are provided by third-parties and Waterside do not have control over the accessibility of these video files.
    • Where new videos are created by Waterside we will meet accessibility standards or ensure that equivalent information contained within the video is presented in an alternative accessible format.
  • Some PDF documents may not be fully accessible. This doesn't meet WCAG 2.2 Success Criteria 4.1.2.
    • For PDF documents provided by third-parties, or old PDF documents where we do not have the original source document, Waterside are unable to create accessible versions of these PDF files.
    • Where new PDF documents are created by Waterside we will meet accessibility standards.
