How do I book tickets at Waterside?

Ticket Collection
If you have booked within 10 days, you can collect tickets on the evening of the performance, please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the event starts. Please bring the credit/debit card with which you paid as proof of ID.
Who is eligible for concession tickets?
Concession price tickets apply to ages 16 and under, students in full-time education, over 60s and retired people, disabled people in receipt of benefits, those claiming Jobseekers Allowance and Active Trafford Pass holders.

Babies under 12 months are entitled to go for free as long as they do not have their own seat and are in a family group where one or more children have been paid for.
Do you offer group discounts?
A group booking discount of buy 9 tickets and get 10th free is available on selected shows. Ask at the Box Office for more info.
What do I do if I've lost my ticket?
If you lose your tickets for seated events, you can request replacements to be printed out for collection on the day of the performance (ID required upon collection). This service will be charged per ticket.
Can I exchange my ticket or get a refund?
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged. No refunds are available for unwanted tickets on the night of the performance. However, if a performance is sold-out, we will endeavour to resell any returned tickets on your behalf, a fee for this service will be applied and resale cannot be guaranteed.
What do I do if I’m late?
Latecomers will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before taking your seats. You may be asked to take alternative seats or standing if appropriate. On occasion, some performances may not permit latecomers.
Waterside Management reserve the right to make changes to the advertised cast and programme, refuse admission and provide alternative seats of the same value. Concessionary rates and discounts MUST be quoted at time of booking.
How do I get to Waterside?
Waterside is just 20mins from Manchester city centre by road or Metrolink. It is situated in Sale town centre next to the Bridgewater Canal and directly opposite Sale Metrolink Station. From the M60 exit junction 7 and take the A56. From the station, cross the road and turn left. See Getting to Waterside
