Casual Duty Manager
Salary: £28,598 to £ 31,022 per annum pro rata (£17.05- £18.49 per hour)

The post holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of front of house during events at Waterside. This includes being the main point of contact for customers, managing the event team and security staff. The post holder will liaise with the technical team, visiting companies and promoters.
This is an exciting role for someone with previous relevant experience in a supervisory position in a similar arts/leisure/hospitality service environment.
Front Of House (2x contracted posts & 3x casual posts)
Salary: £24,413 - £24,796 per annum pro rata (£12.92 - £13.12 per hour)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual to join our team to assist in the delivery of a range of events at Waterside; including front of house duties, such as meeting and greeting visitors, ticket scanning, ushering in the theatre(s) and serving customers at our bar, coffee shop, gift shop and merchandise outlets.
The post holder will be part of the Front of House team responsible for customer care and effective delivery of a variety of events, meetings and private events including weddings.
