Front of House Events Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual to join our team to assist in the delivery of a range of events at Waterside; including front of house duties, such as meeting and greeting visitors, ticket scanning, ushering in the theatre(s) and serving customers at our bar, coffee shop, gift shop and merchandise outlets.
The post holder will be part of the Front of House team responsible for customer care and effective delivery of a variety of events, meetings and private events including weddings.
Flexibility will be required to meet service needs and will include evening and weekend working.
Salary range – £20,441 to 20,812 per annum pro rata (£10.90 per hour). An unsocial hours allowance is paid in addition to this salary.
Salary Grade - Band 1
Working Pattern – Part Time
Working hours – Annualised Hours contract; 500 working hours per year (includes evening and weekend working)
Contract type – Permanent
