How to Book Tickets

HOW TO BOOK YOUR TICKETS

Answering machine operates outside box office hours and during busy periods.  Calls are returned as soon as possible or outside opening hours on the next working day (Mon-Fri only).

BOOKING FEES

In person: No booking fee for cash and Debit card payments. 

By phone: A £2.50 is payable on all phone bookings.  This includes postage if relevant.  All tickets to be posted out up to one month prior to a performance.

Online: 8% of the ticket price, per ticket (minimum 50p) & £1 for e-tickets or £2.50 postage, per transaction.

CONCESSIONS

Concession price tickets apply to ages 16 and under, students in full-time education, over 60s and retired people, disabled people in receipt of benefits, those claiming Jobseekers Allowance and Active Trafford Pass holders.

Babies under 12 months are entitled to go for free as long as they do not have their own seat and are in a family group where one or more children have been paid for. 

ACCESSIBILITY

Both the Robert Bolt Theatre and The Chambers are wheelchair accessible.

Accessible seating and wheelchair spaces are bookable via Waterside Box Office, in person or over the phone on 0161 912 5616.

  

TICKET COLLECTION 

If you have booked within 10 days, you can collect tickets on the evening of the performance, please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the event starts. Please bring the credit/debit card with which you paid as proof of ID.

LOST TICKETS

If you lose your tickets for seated events, you can request replacements to be printed out for collection on the day of the performance (ID required upon collection). This service will be charged per ticket.

TICKET EXCHANGE & REFUND

We regret that tickets can not be exchanged. No refunds are available for unwanted tickets on the night of the performance. However, if a performance is sold-out, we will endeavour to resell any returned tickets on your behalf, a fee for this service will be applied and resale cannot be guaranteed.

LATECOMERS

Latecomers will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before taking your seats. You may be asked to take alternative seats or standing if appropriate. On occasion, some performances may not permit latecomers.

GROUP BOOKING DISCOUNT

A group booking discount of buy 10 tickets and get 11th free is available on selected shows. Ask at the Box Office for more info.

Waterside Management reserve the right to make changes to the advertised cast and programme, refuse admission and provide alternative seats of the same value. Concessionary rates and discounts MUST be quoted at time of booking.
