EXHIBITION INFORMATION

Five showcases the current photography projects of five final year students from the BA (Hons) Contemporary Photography course at Trafford College. These self-directed projects focus on conversations relating to community, social connection and urbanisation.

From the ever changing landscape and diverse communities of Manchester’s city centre, to the social distraction that technology plays in our day to day lives; each project has its own narrative conveyed in the students’ individual developing styles.

Waterside and Creative Industries Trafford recognise the importance of supporting new, up and coming creatives; facilitating opportunities and building relationships with home grown talent from local universities and colleges. Five offers the important chance for these emerging artists to showcase their work in a professional environment.
