EVENT INFORMATION
The 5-session programme provides opportunities for everyone. Please see below for information on each class.
10:00-11:00- Yoga for All
A mat-based slow yoga flow with relaxation session. Jackie Hudson, The British Wheel of Yoga, Cheshire Area Representative.
Please bring your own yoga mat (not provided) and wear loose fitting comfortable clothing. You will be asked to remove your shoes and socks.
11:15-12:15- Gentle Yoga for the Senior Person
Plus breathing exercises for good health. Christine Royle, The British Wheel of Yoga, North West Regional Training Officer.

13:30-14:30- Chair Yoga & Relaxation
Sitting postures to help less able people to keep active physically and mentally. Christine Royle, The British Wheel of Yoga, North West Regional Training Officer.

14:45-15:45- Chakra Balancing & Relaxation
Working on the energy centres of the body restoring good health and energy. Janet Long, The British Wheel of Yoga, North West Regional Officer.

16:00-17:00- Yoga for Back Care
