Easy Kill are an alternative outfit from Manchester (UK) that formed in 2013. They make music to celebrate our often-stigmatised internal lives and throw down the gauntlet by laying themselves bare. Their songs are rich and melodic; telling introspective stories that gently build to capture those moments of clarity just after a storm. The band’s name then aptly refers to an Elliott Smith line suggesting that thoughtful people are inherently vulnerable.
Having previously released two EPs and a self-produced LP to critical recognition and national radio play, Easy Kill are currently recording their second album, Slow Release, set to arrive sometime in 2020. For fans of The National, Elbow, Radiohead, Anthony & The Johnsons and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
